📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire import lifecycle, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor and optimize import and export processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import and export transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international trade
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of import and export strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and export administration
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with import and export software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
