PT Bangka Belitung Development Authority (BBDA) is seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Outer Islands Development (Direktur Kawasan Terluar) to lead strategic initiatives for the sustainable growth and development of Bangka Belitung’s outer islands. This high-impact role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the outer islands of Bangka Belitung.

Based in Pangkalpinang, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative projects that enhance the quality of life for residents, boost local economies, and promote environmental sustainability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the sustainable development of Bangka Belitung’s outer islands.
• Oversee the execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public facilities.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure inclusive and sustainable development.
• Monitor and evaluate development projects to ensure they meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Foster partnerships with international organizations and development agencies to secure funding and resources.
• Represent BBDA at national and international forums to promote the development of Bangka Belitung’s outer islands.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in development projects, particularly in remote or outer island regions.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian development policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar professional certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively, including to remote and outer island locations.
