📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution centers, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, implementing effective stock control systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment, conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement facility improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide leadership and supervision to facility staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
