📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of solar and wind energy projects across Bali.
• Manage a team of 10-15 field technicians and supervisors, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with regional needs and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement training programs for field teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the national office to ensure project deliverables are met and reported accurately.
• Monitor and optimize project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with a focus on solar and wind energy.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and community engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
