📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Support the sales team in preparing and presenting vehicle information to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our in-house CRM system.
• Assist in organizing and participating in customer events and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service during test drives and vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to gather customer feedback and insights.
• Assist in the preparation of customer reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
