In this role, you will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident in their skin.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for performing facials and skincare treatments, advising clients on the best products for their skin type, and maintaining a clean and organized salon. You will also be expected to upsell our products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients have a positive experience with our brand.

• Perform facials and skincare treatments using our range of high-quality products.
• Advise clients on the best products and treatments for their skin type and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon, ensuring that all equipment and products are in good condition.
• Upsell our products and services to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients feel valued and well-cared for.
• Work closely with our team of experts to ensure that all treatments are performed to the highest standard.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in facial and skincare treatments.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Certification in facial and skincare treatments, such as a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of skincare products and treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
