📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform advanced diagnostics and maintenance on Xpeng electric vehicles using specialized software and tools.
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in EVs.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Xpeng EV technology and industry standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and provide detailed reports.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices for EV maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an EV technician or equivalent role.
• Proven experience working with Xpeng electric vehicles or similar high-end EVs.
• Certification in EV diagnostics and maintenance (e.g., Xpeng Certified EV Technician).
• Familiarity with specialized software tools for EV diagnostics (e.g., Xpeng Diagnostic Software).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, batteries, and motors in EVs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
