📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-quality renal dialysis treatment to patients according to established protocols and guidelines.,Monitor and record patient vital signs, dialysis parameters, and other relevant data.,Assist in the preparation and administration of dialysis treatments, including the use of dialysis machines and equipment.,Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of dialysis equipment and facilities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in renal dialysis care.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in renal dialysis nursing or a related clinical area.,Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).,Familiarity with renal dialysis equipment and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
