Seven Retail Group is looking for a dedicated SPG Supervisor to lead and manage our Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for education. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the SPG team to ensure they meet daily sales targets.,Train and develop SPG team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on team performance to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate and accurate.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the education sector.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
