📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.,Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and other resources.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with company goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality training.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of successfully delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
