Bengkel Yoga Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team in Baturaja. As a Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific section within our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the section run smoothly and efficiently. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the section is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored correctly.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that all sections are working together effectively to meet customer needs.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, including sales, profit, and cost control.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.,Ensure that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.

Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.,Experience in stock control and financial management, with the ability to meet sales and profit targets.,The ability to work well as part of a team, and to collaborate effectively with other sections of the restaurant.,A passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
