Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals, demonstrations, and product presentations.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to drive sales and business growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial electronics or technology sector.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must, while knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
