Salon Sari Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about coffee and has a strong understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of coffee and beverage preparation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
