• Handle luggage efficiently using Bellboy Pro, ensuring timely and secure transportation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly.
• Use GuestLink to manage guest information, preferences, and special requests.
• Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel hygiene standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
• Promote the hotel’s amenities and services to guests, enhancing their overall satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in guest services or a related field, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
