📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant learning materials and activities.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to facilitate their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
