📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Educate and mentor junior nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.,Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Monitor and manage the budget for the nursing department, ensuring financial efficiency.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the healthcare facility.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Valid nursing license and certification.
