📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene standards.,Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer requirements.,Manage kitchen budgets and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cook or Lead Cook in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Good understanding of inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
