📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
