📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Identifying and assessing internal control weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management processes.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and risk management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
