Hokian Budi Computer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palembang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in-office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage services.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.,Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle inventory management and cost control.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
