📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure accurate stock management and inventory control.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems like KasirKita and Shopee.
- Promote store products and special offers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist in training and supporting new team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems like KasirKita and Shopee.
