📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field is a plus.,Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
