📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure food quality, portion sizes, and presentation meet company standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in training and developing staff is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
