Apotek Citra Store is seeking a dedicated Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team. As an Assistant Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage inventory, and maintain high-quality standards. If you are passionate about pharmacy operations and have a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in overseeing daily production activities and ensuring adherence to production schedules.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members on production processes and quality control procedures.,Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports as required.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and production processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance principles.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by the job.
