📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any issues or inefficiencies in the production schedule.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the production process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling and production planning.
  • Proven experience in automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
