🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the mining industry, with a proven track record in innovation and project management.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, equipment, and technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MineSight, Surpac) is a plus.
