📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational hiring needs.,Source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and job needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and third-party recruiters.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.,Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and driving recruitment strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Understanding of local job market trends and regulations in Indonesia.
