📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and present food in a professional and appealing manner.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and local cuisine is a plus.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
