Go Crown Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor and manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the branch.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and resolve any issues that may arise.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve branch operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Proficient in financial management and reporting, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure that all regulations are followed in the branch.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
