📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Assist in managing the production team, including scheduling and training.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct quality checks on finished products.,Assist in implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules and standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management systems.,Provide support to the Production Supervisor in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the food industry.,Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use office software.
